1. Overview

TikTok Seller Pro ("the Extension") is a Chrome browser extension that helps TikTok Shop sellers calculate profit margins directly within the TikTok Seller Center website. This privacy policy explains what data the Extension accesses, how it is used, and your rights.

2. Data We Do NOT Collect

The Extension does not collect, store, or transmit:

• Your name, email, or any personal identification
• Your TikTok Shop account credentials or session tokens
• Order details, amounts, product names, or customer information
• Financial data, revenue, or profit figures
• Browsing history or activity on other websites
• Cookies or tracking identifiers

3. Data We Access Locally

To perform profit calculations, the Extension reads the following from the TikTok Seller Center page within your browser only:

• Order amounts displayed on the page
• Product prices displayed on the page

This data is used solely for local profit calculations and is never sent to any server.

4. Data Stored Locally

The Extension stores the following data in your browser's local storage (chrome.storage.local):

• Your settings (market region, COGS values, display preferences)
• Aggregated daily profit summaries (total revenue, total profit, order count)

This data never leaves your browser and can be cleared at any time by uninstalling the Extension or clearing browser data.

5. Optional Anonymous Compatibility Data

To improve compatibility with TikTok Seller Center updates, the Extension may optionally send anonymous DOM structure metadata (CSS selector paths) to our server. This feature:

• Can be disabled in Extension settings ("Help Improve Compatibility" toggle)
• Only sends CSS selector paths (e.g., "div.order-list > table > tr")
• Does NOT include any business data, prices, order IDs, or personal information
• Uses an anonymous session identifier that is not linked to any user account
• Is processed by a Cloudflare Worker with no persistent user tracking

6. User-Initiated Feedback

The Extension provides an in-app feedback form (Options page and popup). When you voluntarily submit feedback, the following information is sent to our server:

• The message text you typed
• Your email address only if you chose to enter one (optional)
• Diagnostic context we attach automatically: extension version, selected market region, operating system, browser language, install date, and the most recent page-detection result (e.g., "order list detected via predefined selectors"). This is used to help us diagnose bugs you report.

Feedback is never sent automatically — only when you click "Send Feedback". No business data, prices, order IDs, or customer information is ever included.

7. Third-Party Services

The Extension does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. The only external communication is the optional compatibility data described in Section 5 and the user-initiated feedback described in Section 6.

8. Permissions

The Extension requests the following browser permissions:

• storage — To save your settings and profit summaries locally
• activeTab — To detect if the current tab is TikTok Seller Center
• Host permissions (seller-us.tiktok.com, seller-uk.tiktok.com, seller.tiktok.com) — To inject profit calculations into TikTok Seller Center pages

9. Data Security

Since no personal data is collected or transmitted, there is minimal security risk. All data processing occurs locally in your browser's sandboxed extension environment.

10. Children's Privacy

The Extension is designed for business use by TikTok Shop sellers and is not directed at children under 13.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
